Grilled Steak

1 any Grassfed Beef beef steak

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. minced ginger

1 tsp. brown sugar

2 tsp. sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp. slivered/grated lemon rind (zest)

1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

In a shallow bowl large enough to hold the steak, stir the marinade ingredients together. Add the steak and turn it in the marinade; rub marinade into the surface. Cover loosely and refrigerate overnight. For better tenderness grill grassfed beef over medium heat perhaps 5-6 minutes, turn once. Slice the steak thinly on the diagonal and serve immediately.
